Returns and Exchanges



Returns 
  • Items must be returned within 14 days.
  • Items must be in original, pristine condition.
  • Items must have all tags attached.
  • Shoes must be in their original box in its original condition.
  • Damaged or missing shoe boxes will result in a fee.
  • Shoe boxes may not be used as shipping packages.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Final Sale items may not be returned.

Returned packages received at Luxagogo after 14 days will be denied. All packages must be returned using our prepaid shipping labels. Packages that arrive COD will be denied.

Because of our select and limited inventory, we cannot offer exchanges at this time. Items must be returned for refund and re-ordered in different sizes/colors.

 Refunds and Processing Time

If your package arrives at Luxagogo within the 14-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Luxagogo.

Return Instructions
  • A prepaid shipping label is included in all orders. This label is only valid for 14 days from the date you received your package.
  • Securely repackage your merchandise in the original shipping box or other non-damaged packing box. Cover or remove any original mailing address labels or carrier barcodes from the box. Please note: Shoe boxes may not be used as shipping packages.
  • Affix the prepaid shipping label included in your order to your package.
  • Drop off your package at an official UPS shipping location.
  • Please keep a receipt from UPS for your records and tracking.
